Rising US based staff cost and lower productivity is the driving force behind the inception of Grow4sure – a technology based healthcare start up committed to increase the revenue of the medical practices in the US. Smaller healthcare practices are facing manpower crisis due to employees leaving without notice, staff turnover and a negative attitude. 

These challenges were a result of various factors, such as increasing expenses, reduced reimbursements from insurance companies, rising prices of medical products from the pharmaceutical industry, overworked and challenged front and back office operations staff, and the absence of a robust technology stack. Consequently, the need for change became apparent.

In less than 14 months, critical changes were implemented that yielded outstanding results. The practice downsized its US-based staff to only the most necessary personnel and adopted a robust technology and marketing stack, supported by data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the practice employed a multilingual India-based staff that was certified under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The introduction of affordable marketing and technology solutions was also crucial in the practice’s turnaround. As a result, the practice witnessed a significant increase in revenue by several million dollars and costHuman resources  reductions of several hundred thousand dollars.
